Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and julibb ("the Platform," "we," "our," "us"), governing your access to and use of the website at julibb.net and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of julibb, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, including all policies incorporated by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the julibb platform and close your account if one has been created.

Eligibility

To register and use julibb, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for online gambling activities as regulated under PAGCOR rules in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activity is legally permitted at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of julibb or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be a person who has self-excluded from julibb or from gambling services generally through any national or platform-level self-exclusion program.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

julibb reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one active julibb account. Possession of more than one account — regardless of the reason — is a violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any funds or bonuses associated with them may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You are required to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. julibb will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

julibb operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations consistent with anti-money laundering regulations applicable in the Philippines. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and payment method verification documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other point deemed necessary by the compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in account suspension until documentation is received and verified.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

julibb accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific methods may vary based on your location, account status, and prevailing technical conditions.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ₱100. Deposits must be funded from a payment source that belongs to you — julibb does not accept third-party deposits. Depositing funds from an account that does not belong to you is a violation of these Terms and may be treated as a fraudulent transaction.

Deposits are credited to your julibb wallet once payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Typical processing times are near-instant for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on the originating institution and InstaPay/PesoNet settlement cycles.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn; (c) the minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200; and (d) withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

julibb reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, consistent with AML obligations. Processing times for approved withdrawals are typically within one banking day for GCash and Maya, and two to five banking days for bank transfer methods.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on julibb are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where alternative currencies are accepted for deposit (such as USDT), conversion to PHP will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. julibb does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through julibb are subject to specific terms that will be detailed at the point of offer. These terms include but are not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions for sports betting bonuses, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and time limits for completion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, and game contribution percentages will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Real money funds in your wallet will be used before bonus funds in most circumstances, but you should verify the specific order of play for each active bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

julibb employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that may constitute bonus abuse include: placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed outcome with bonus funds (arbitrage), using bonus funds in a pattern designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, and exploiting promotional errors or technical glitches.

If bonus abuse is detected, julibb reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the abused bonus, and permanently close the account. Players found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse may be reported to payment processors and other gaming platforms.

5.4 Promotional Changes

julibb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. The terms of a bonus you have already accepted and activated will not be retroactively changed to your detriment, but future promotions remain at julibb's discretion.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on julibb are operated by licensed third-party game providers including JILI, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play, among others. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's displayed rules and julibb's general Terms, the game's specific rules will apply to that game's outcomes, while julibb's Terms govern all account and platform matters.

julibb operates on a real-money basis. All bets placed using real money or bonus funds are final once confirmed by the system. Bets that are accepted by the system and result in a valid game outcome will be settled accordingly and cannot be reversed by the player except where permitted under the cancellation provisions of a specific game type.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, julibb will investigate and resolve the issue based on game server logs. If a bet cannot be verified as completed or settled correctly due to a technical fault, the stake may be returned to the player. julibb's decision in the matter of technical disputes is final after good-faith investigation.

Game outcomes on julibb are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing conducted under controlled studio conditions. julibb does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available upon request.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the julibb platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using julibb if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering or using julibb on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way that circumvents normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage obtained through a known or unknown error is not a legitimate win and will not be honored.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game formats to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or insider betting on events where you have privileged information.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the julibb platform's code, infrastructure, or backend systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or evade detection of prohibited activities.

Responsible Gaming

julibb is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. We recognize that while the vast majority of players enjoy gambling as a form of entertainment, a minority of players may develop problems with their gambling behavior. julibb takes this seriously and provides the following tools and resources to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much can be deposited into your julibb wallet. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling period when raised.
• Session Time Limits: Configure session duration reminders that alert you after a set period of continuous play.

Intellectual Property

All content on the julibb platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, trademarks, service marks, and all other proprietary materials — is owned by or licensed to julibb and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the julibb platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the julibb platform or its content.

Game content provided by third-party game providers on the julibb platform is the intellectual property of those respective providers and is similarly protected. julibb holds valid sublicenses or integration agreements for all third-party game content made available on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, julibb, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider failures that are outside julibb's reasonable control.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part thereof.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account by a third party due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Any content, advice, or information obtained through the platform that you relied upon for a gambling decision.

julibb's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by julibb's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

julibb collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for and using julibb, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

julibb collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of platform services. Data is retained for the periods required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, which may extend beyond the closure of your account.

julibb does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as necessary for the operation of the platform and fulfillment of legal obligations. All data sharing is governed by appropriate contractual protections and the applicable provisions of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by julibb

julibb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, unverified identity, requests from regulatory authorities, or determination that continued service to the player poses regulatory or reputational risk to the platform.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by julibb — any remaining real money balance in the wallet (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the verified payment method on file, provided no outstanding investigation is in progress. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure. If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, julibb reserves the right to withhold the balance pending a full review.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your julibb account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat inside the platform. Account closure requests will be processed within one business day. Before requesting closure, please withdraw any available real money balance, as processing may take additional time after the account is closed.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. julibb operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the julibb platform, or any service provided thereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and both parties submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this clause prevents julibb from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as necessary to protect its rights, intellectual property, or legitimate business interests.
